I was looking for something to photograph in Cut Bank today when this mural caught my eye. It’s painted on the outside of the Albertson’s grocery store in Cut Bank, Montana.
Cut Bank is a small town probably most famous for holding the record for the coldest temperature in the lower 48 states for quite a few years running. I think it has since given up that record to some other town (probably in Minnesota if I had to guess) but it’s most famous in our household for having the best grocery store within 40 miles of where we live.
I thought the mural was appropriate for today when I’m worrying about my usual list of things to worry about in America: climate change, Congress, the economy, the President. You know, the usual.
